The Catalysis Foundation for Health, Inc. (“us”, “we”, or “our”) owns the website located at https://catalysisfoundation.org (the “Site”). This page informs you of our policies regarding the collection, use and disclosure of Personal Information we receive from users of the Site.

We know that you care how information about you is used and shared, and we appreciate your trust that we will do so carefully and sensibly.

We use your Personal Information to provide services and information which you have requested (such as a newsletter), and for providing and improving the Site. By using the Site, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.

This Privacy Policy describes the types of information we may collect from you through the Site, how this information may be used, disclosed and safeguarded, how you can access data, request changes, deletions and corrections, and how you can control its use.

We may store personal information in locations outside the direct control of Catalysis (for instance, on servers or databases co-located with hosting providers).

Any personally identifiable information you elect to make publicly available on the Website, such as posting comments on our Site, will be available to others. If you remove information that you have made public on our Site, copies may remain viewable in cached and archived pages of our Site, or if other users have copied or saved that information.

We may disclose or transfer your personal information in connection with a sale or transfer of our business. Catalysis may, in the future, sell or otherwise transfer some or all of its assets to a third party. Your personally identifiable information and/or technical information we obtain from you may be disclosed to any potential or actual purchasers of such assets and/or may be among those assets transferred.

Remove Your Name from Our Lists at Any Time

If you would like to unsubscribe from receiving our newsletter or promotional emails from us, please click on the “Unsubscribe” link contained in any promotional email or contact us at newsletter@catalysisfoundation.org (and put “Unsubscribe” or “Opt Out” in the subject line).

Because customer communications are often prepared well in advance of deployment (sometimes several months before the communication is made), you may continue to receive some communications after you send us a request not to use your information. We appreciate your patience during this time.

Correcting, Changing or Deleting Information; Disabling Account

You can (a) access, correct, or update your personal information, and/or (b) disable your account to prevent any future communication, by emailing your request to Catalysis Customer Service department a newsletter@catalysisfoundation.org. Please clearly label the subject line “Corrections / Disabling Account”.

Security

We implement a variety of reasonable and appropriate physical, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to promote the security of our systems and protect your personal information from unauthorized destruction, use, modification, or disclosure. However, no method of safeguarding information is completely secure. While we use measures designed to protect your personal information, we cannot guarantee that our safeguards will be effective or sufficient. Moreover, you should be aware that that Internet data transmission is not always secure, and we cannot guarantee that information you transmit utilizing the Site is secure.

Social Media Widgets

Our Site may include social media features, such as the Facebook Like button and other widgets, that run on our Site. These features may collect your IP address and which page you are visiting on our Site and may set a cookie to enable the feature to function properly. Social media features and widgets are either hosted by a third party or hosted directly on our Site. Your interactions with these features are governed by the privacy policy of the organization providing it.

Our Retention of Your Information

If you subscribe for newsletters or other services, we will retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you services. We will retain and use your information as necessary to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes and enforce our agreements.

If you are a visitor to the Sites, we will retain your information for as long as necessary but no longer than one (1) year after your last visit to our Sites.

International Privacy Laws

If you are visiting the Site from outside the United States, please be aware that you are sending information (including personal data) to the United States where our servers are located. Child Privacy

Our Website is not designed to appeal to minors, and you are required to be 18 years of age in order to use this website or provide information to us. Therefore, we do not knowingly attempt to solicit or receive any information from children under 18.
